Nice before and after in Jamestown, RI today.
These new doors really complete the look of this renovation in Falmouth. The old doors had mismatched tracks, now they both have matching 20” radius track which make these doors run smooth as silk.
This job was done by one of my toughest competitors, they are the cheapest around. This is a 16' wide x 8' tall door. The door is missing 8 hinges where the red arrows are. This is what you get going with the cheap guy, half ass work, literally. Customers top section buckled because of it. We will install a new section and all the hinges it needs and put on another reinforcing strut. High Quality Install right there. Complete hackers. They know who they are, because they just don't care about Quality. There moto is quantity over quality.

No more rail in your face when you walk out the door. Clopay 4053 with 32” radius track. Really changed the look of this house.
When you hire the cheapest guy. No center hang on the opener, it will just taco the rail. We can fix it.
Getting the oil changed while we fix the springs

Just finished this Clopay Garage Doors model 3200 14’2”x14’ with 30” high lift track and a LiftMaster H501L5 Industrial-Duty Hoist Operator. Having a plumb and level opening always makes these type of jobs come out that much nicer.

39 years of me personally hanging doors, these springs are the worst I have ever seen. A 25" spring is pieced together so many time, it is now 53" long. Yes that is a stove heating element on the end of the spring. Coat hangers, string, whatever it takes to stretch out the life of a spring I guess. Good way to get hurt. Merry Christmas

Wrapping up on some new construction
Had the pleasure of fixing our close competitors hack job mess. Recently installed, So much was wrong here. Bearings were all worn out because the plates were not lagged into the wall to support them. Photo eyes were mounted 12" off the ground, code is 4-6". Added blocking where needed. Also fixed all of the track back hangs and the track spacing. I think Mickey Mouse was on this job. You want cheap work, this is what you get.
Garage openers don’t last forever, but when they break we’ll get you back up and going.

Got rid of the old 9’ x 7’ short panel doors 10” Radius and installed new 9’ x 7’ Clopay Garage Doors Gallery 2” thick urethane insulated doors with 36” of 25° break away high lift track. Taking advantage all the head room in the garage.
